Welcome, and thank you for choosing our condo! To ensure a comfortable stay and maintain harmony within the building, please follow these important house rules:

🔇 Quiet Hours

Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes music, TV volume, and conversations inside of the unit.

🚫 No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests are not allowed. The unit is for booked guests only.

🧹 Common Areas

Please treat all shared spaces (lobby, hallways, pool, gym, etc.) with respect. No loitering, loud conversations, or messes.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking (including vaping or e-cigarettes) is strictly PROHIBITED inside the unit and indoor common areas. Use designated smoking areas outside the building if needed.

🐾 Pets

No pets allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

🚗 Parking One

(1) parking space is available for registered guests, if included in your reservation. Rate is at ₱300/Night.

Please park only in the assigned space. Do not block other vehicles or use visitor or reserved spaces. Misuse of parking may result in towing at your expense.

By booking, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may lead to additional fees or termination of your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
